What we do
Meeting Information
Our Guild typically meets on Wednesdays at the Ocean Pines Community Center. Individuals living in the area of the Guild may attend one membership meeting as a guest.
Guests are always welcome to attend Volunteer Day at any time. Workshop meetings and Professional Speakers programs are open to the public if space is available.
Guests will pay for transportation, fees, or tickets when applicable.
Volunteer Day
1st Wednesday of the Month
10:00am - 3:00 pm EST
On Volunteer Day, we sew quilts and other projects to donate to local charities. QBS has donated 2000+ quilts since our founding in 1985.
Individual Sewing Day
2nd Wednesday of the Month
10:00am - 3:00pm EST
Bring your UFOs and enjoy fellowship with other guild members.
General Business Meeting
3rd Wednesday of the Month
12:00pm - 3:00pm EST
Our General Business Meeting is a chance to talk about the latest happenings in our organization. General business meetings also include 50/50 raffles, show & tell, registration for upcoming events.
Additional Activities
4th Wednesday of the Month
10:00am - 3:00pm EST
Enjoy fellowship with other members through a variety of activities. This includes workshops, guest speakers, road trips, etc.

Raffle Quilt
Every two years the guild makes a quilt to raffle. The proceeds from the raffle quilt enable us to fund future educational opportunities, purchase supplies for our charity projects, and provide charitable giving.
Quilt Show
A quilt show is held at the Ocean Pines Community Center everytwo years. Guild members display quilt projects and educate attendees on guild activities.
